Mgs5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the mgs5 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms and User Consent

By registering an account or using any services provided by mgs5, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.

Use of the mgs5 platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users who register by providing false information about their age may have their account suspended and all existing balances forfeited. mgs5 reserves the right to request age verification at any time it deems necessary.

These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and the mgs5 management. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated version.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mgs5 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. Any balances held in accounts frozen for this reason may be subject to forfeiture pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. mgs5 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal information whenever changes occur. mgs5 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct

Users agree to use the mgs5 platform solely for lawful purposes that do not contravene any applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using any automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation from the management.
  • Sharing your account or allowing any other party to use it for any purpose.
  • Engaging in any form of cheating, misconduct or activities intended to exploit the scoring system or manipulate game outcomes.
  • Uploading or distributing harmful, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to mgs5 systems, servers or databases.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and mgs5 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against the users involved.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR

All transactions on the mgs5 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from lawful origins with no connection to any illegal activity.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go as well as Malaysian online banking. All deposits made are final and cannot be reversed once processing is complete. mgs5 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the selected method. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. mgs5 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mgs5 are subject to the specific conditions set at the time of launch. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rollover requirements and withdrawal limits associated with each bonus before accepting it.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Mgs5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using the platform, including the loss of deposited funds arising from betting or gaming outcomes. Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for the decisions they make.

The mgs5 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. That said, we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and will notify users in the event of any scheduled maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text and visual elements on the mgs5 platform are the exclusive property of the platform's management. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any part of that content without explicit written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The mgs5 platform may use third-party services or payment providers to facilitate transactions. mgs5 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms or technical failures of those third parties. Users are advised to review the terms of service of the relevant third-party providers separately.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Mgs5 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms of use violation, fraud, or conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable deductions where relevant.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mgs5 customer support team via email: [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to These Terms

Mgs5 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current version in effect.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the mgs5 platform will be resolved through negotiation within Malaysian jurisdiction.
